Exchange and refund policy


If you want to exchange an Oitici part, don't worry, it's super simple.
First, we need to talk about deadlines. You have 7 working days to return a product for a 100% refund of the amount paid. And you also have 30 calendar days to exchange your product and receive an exchange voucher.

The process is simple. You send the product back to us free of charge, we assess whether everything is ok (no signs of use, with the label, security seal if applicable, etc.) and then we generate an exchange voucher, with which you can choose your product. The first exchange is free.

If you want to exchange a product now, follow the steps below:

1) Click on the Easy Exchange link here ;
2) Click the START button
3) Enter your order number and CPF and click “Search Order”;
4) Choose the items in the order that you want to exchange or return, choosing “Exchange” or “Return”, then click “Continue”. It is not necessary to fill out a request for each product, you can select in a single request all the products you want to return for exchange.
5) Choose from the options the reason why you are making the exchange or return. Click “Continue”;
7) Click on the “MAIL” option to generate the exchange/return shipping code and continue.
8) Confirm the information and finalize;

You will receive the post code by email with all instructions on how to use it.

After receiving the return, our deadline for evaluation is 7 (seven) business days. All returned products undergo an evaluation, with the aim of determining whether the return meets the requirements of our Exchange and Return Policy. If everything is ok, within 7 days you will receive a refund or, in the case of an exchange, the Exchange Voucher for the value of the item + shipping to make a new purchase in the online store. The Vale Troca Oitici can be used within a period of up to 90 calendar days , being personal, non-transferable and linked to the applicant's CPF for security reasons.

Important:

- Please note that the product must be returned with labels, tags and security seals and purchase receipt, in its original box, or similar, sealed.

- We do not reserve or replace parts, whether by model, color or size. Therefore, we do not guarantee stock availability. The exchange format is the provision of value for a new purchase.

- If the part to be exchanged is more expensive, such as in the case of free shipping on the original order or in the case of a promotion, please contact us again so that we can refund this additional amount. Please note that this is only valid if the exchange is for the same part.

- The cost of shipping and returning the product will be our responsibility in the FIRST EXCHANGE, except for promotional items . For products on sale, the customer must bear the shipping costs for resending the new part. If a second exchange of the same order is necessary, the customer must bear the shipping costs.

DEADLINE FOR REFUNDS

The value of the purchased product, in the event of a refund, will always be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Payment via Credit Card: full or partial refund/cancellation of the transaction will be made with the administrator. The administrators' deadline for depositing is up to 2 invoices

-Payment via Bank Deposit, Boleto or PIX: the refund will be made to the order holder's current account within 7 business days after completing the return. Refunds cannot be made to a third party account.

We remind you: The refund of amounts will only be processed after receipt and analysis of the product's conditions by the Oitici team.
